I've never had a fusion of Korean BBQ and American BBQ before trying this place, and it did not disappoint. We got a small rib with lots of sides and we left stuffed and with leftovers for the next day. The sides are unique, fun, and filling.

Had some of the best wings in Charlotte NC at Seoul Food Meat Company. They have a really great outdoor space with a really fun bar- great service too. We had two flavors of their signature wings, soy garlic and BBQ- they were so crunchy and saucy- were perfectly cooked. We also had their take on mac & cheese, their Ramen Mac N cheese which uses Ramen noodles. The potato salad was also delicious and the kimchi fries were outrageous- Such great taste & crunchy.. So excited to go back!!

Entered and like that it was first come first serve in seating. So it was easy to find a spot to eat. Had to order food and drinks at the bar. Ordered the chicken Kimchi fries , Fried Fish Taco and chicken tacos. Bartender/waitress left of my drink when I ordered. Ordered the Date with Marks and bartender/waitress poured me half a glass. Told her I was not paying $12 for a two sip drink. Especially after I seen several FULL glass drinks being served. She confronted the "manager" about the drink and he goes on to say, "that's a shot in the drink so she poured correctly." I said "if that's the case you can keep that." You wasted that liquor on your dime not mine. Therefore, not sure if this place has good drinks. But the food was good. Food came out quick and was hot. Well seasoned and sauced. I would back for the food and hopefully better service on drinks.

Today was our first trip here, but definitely not our last!! Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike the manager, we decided to eat outside so he directed us to the outside seating. Once there we went to the bar and started asking questions. Thankfully they have an amazing bartender, Brandon who is very friendly and knowledgeable of the food and drink menus. It's all alacarte, so you order each thing individually, which I like. We went with Brandon's recommendation on the food and the peach soju, I've never tried this drink before but let me tell you it's delicious. It's like biting a fresh peach straight off the tree. For the meal we decided on the fire chicken, which is a boneless thigh with a spicy sauce and cheese baked on top! Soy/garlic and spicy bbq hot wings, 5 of each. Both were delicious, I liked the spicy bbq a little better but I would order both again. Reuben egg rolls, 2 come in the order which is perfect for sharing. Ramen mac and cheese, they use ramen noodles instead of traditional noodles. I told Mike(manager) that it was some of the best food I've had in Charlotte in a long time, I could tell that the chefs took pride in fixing the dishes. He and Brandon told me that we picked the perfect combination from the menu! The restaurant was clean and inviting, restrooms were very clean and well stocked, all staff that I encountered were friendly, and seemed to enjoy working there. If you have read this far and decide to give them a try, please ask for Brandon and go with his recommendations, he won't steer you wrong!!
