I wish I could give them no star. Their was a wire in the broccoli salad and my wife almost choked on it. I called to get the general managers email . I emailed this a week ago and nothing. No response. Maybe they will get it here. I am writing regarding an incident that occurred last night (August 2, 2021) around 7:30 pm. My wife and I placed a to go order from your establishment. When we reached our destination to eat, my wife proceeded to eat her broccoli salad and as she began chewing, she felt a hard substance. She stopped chewing and proceeded to pull out a sharp, metal, 3 inch wire from her mouth. As you can imagine, we were absolutely mortified!! I immediately called to speak to the manager, and told him what happened. He apologized and gave me 15% off my order as well as removing the cost of the broccoli salad from our bill. However, I feel as that was insufficient considering the potential magnitude of harm that my wife luckily avoided. That could have ended in a disastrous manner, and we are both extremely shaken up about this. We have been emotional all night thinking about what could have happened if she swallowed that wire. After a long day at work, dealing with this kind of dangerous situation during dinner is beyond unacceptable. My wife and I safety should not have been at risk, while breaking bread as a family. I am asking you to do better than your manager, and address this situation properly, as we continue to heal from the emotional and mental scar that this has caused. Please see the attached pictures. I look forward to resolving this matter soon.
Ribs were delicious! Hands down the best thing we ordered. Brisket left me wishing it wasn't as dry unfortunately. Chicken wings were just okay (they tasted double dipped and fried). Potato spirals were tasty ! We wrapped up with a green tea ice cream in a delicious deep fried sugar biscuit. Would definitely stop back in to have lunch - will just have to be more selective off the menu.
This place is fantastic!! Great , Friendly staff( even passed kitchen staff and were also smiling happy good vibes),informative( since we had not been before we had a few questions). Great food!! We got quite a few things to try out ... delicious!!! Best part of all we had been looking for a dog friendly place that opened before 4pm...not only were they dog friendly...they had a dog park fenced in for the dogs to play!!We were the only ones there so our pup got to run free playing while we enjoyed ourselves!! Also they have great space for birthday parties and other occasions ! We will definitely be going back!!
Honestly, I wanted to love it more. The service was great and waitstaff were excellent. That said the food quality didnt give me the Korean vibes I wanted. Most of the food (pork and tofu, at least) were prepared standard and a Korean-style sauce was added over the top. The pork was dry and tofu was stacked in piles of sauce. Would recommend their chili though as the kimchi crossover was tasty.
Nice place with some nice ambiance. The pork belly is absolutely the best I've ever had. Very well cooked, along with the ribs and kimchi fries. We were waiting for our table to be ready at a different restaurant and decided to wait it out here. After a little bit we decided to just stay because of how much of a good time we had. Only complaint is I wish they had more seating. But they've already got as much as I think they can get.
