Our experience with Sydney at the Brilliant Earth Charlotte Showroom was more than perfect, especially since this was our first time ring shopping. Made a same day appointment at this location and was so happy with our time here! My boyfriend and I were able to have a personalized session with Shelton. He was able to walk us through the entire process of settings, diamonds, sizing, & all the different factors that impact the overall design of the diamond.
