On 1/31/23 our team ordered take out for 2 Kung pao chicken, general tao chicken, and Kung Pao Tofu which should contain diced vegetables and peanuts in a spicy brown sauce as stated on your menu, and on the picture online was a picture of soft tofu not breaded! What I got was a breaded hard tofu with green peppers, no peanuts with a super sweet sauce, not a brown sauce or soft tofu. I wasn't expecting it to be super sweet! I couldn't eat it because it was so...sweet! Most disappointing was that my coworker found in his Kung Pao chicken with Fried Rice a metal "Staple" in the fried rice which he almost eat. I've always come here and ordered from SOHO bistro, but yesterday was most disappointing. Please let me know how this can be fixed. We are expecting a response.

While in Charlotte for a Panther's game, my husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn City Center. After two days of non-stop walking, we wanted something close by for dinner and walked directly across the street to the Soho Bistro for Chinese. It was honestly some of the best Asian food I've ever had. The restaurant is small and has an intimate feeling to it. The staff was attentive and interacted with us, which was nice. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonable. We enjoyed pan fried chicken dumplings, egg rolls and Walnut Chicken. The entree portion was generous and enough for two to share. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. If we find ourselves in Charlotte in the future, we will go back here for sure.

First time here and I would definitely come back. Went with simple and stereotypical choices: general tso and orange tangerine chicken and crab wontons with hot and sour and egg drop soups. The chicken was really well done but the sauce lacked any spicy kick. The service was good. I would recommend to any one wanting Chinese in the uptown area.

I was greeted with a smile, and sat quickly!. My server was very nice as well. Touched my table to see if i need anything else, and to see if my fiod was good. The staff here follows the sequence of service very well. The food here is Amazing, awesome service, good atmosphere as well!! Definitely recommend Crab Wontons for appatizer, and Definitely Recommend Shrimp & Beef Lo Mein. All very reasonable price!!

Food was super fresh and quick. I got spicy curry noodles. It was good but the tofu tasted a little like shoe leather. We were in and out in 30 minutes!
