My friend and I dined in the restaurant last night. I must say, our waitress was knowledgeable about the new and friendly. My friend ordered a burger and I ordered the salmon medium well. We waited at least forty minutes for our food and I know why. It was because our food was over cooked. We informed our waitress about our food. We have been going to the restaurant for over 15 years. The waitress took the burger off the bill, which was nice. The quality of food is definitely not the same. Update: The situation was handled to my satisfaction!

I frequented this restaurant in mid October and my experience was sub par at best. I have waited for a year to eat at this restaurant and upon arriving the front staff was very rude but my server was awesome. Me and my sisters steaks were burnt and it was hard to get the burnt taste out of my mouth. I specifically asked that might steak not be burnt because I know it's hard to cook a well done steak.. Between dinner and tip I spent $180 but did not have a $180 experience. The ambiance was nice however there were gnats flying around the entire time. I sent a review to their main site and never received an email or call about my experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant. Update: I went back to Sullivans and they made it right. I had a great experience this time and they made sure I had an awesome experience.

This was a very disappointing experience. If the food hadnt been good I would give it a 1. The cleanliness was substandard. We sat at a booth and the dust on the ledge was disgusting. Our waitress took ages to come and greet us and immediately says she was new. We ordered cocktails and the took at least 25 minutes. She told us the bartender was new. Our appetizers came before our drinks. We were concerned to even order a main meal thinking that would come before our drinks! A fly landed in one of our drinks. It took another 15 minutes to get a new one. No manager came around to greet or ask how things were. The waitress proceeded to tell us she was still in training and that there were 10 other new people working. The food was good. However for the price and that it was supposed to be fine dining it was really a poor experience. I wont be back.

Where do I start. Gnats flying around. One landing in one of our drinks. Bar taking close to 30 minutes for an order. Waitress telling us no less than a dozen times that she is new and apologizing for every little thing that should be part of any training. Quarter of an inch of dust on the windowsill next to us. Disgusting bathroom. The only reason that this is getting three stars is because the food was actually good. Spent really good money on something far from fine dining.

Food was okay. Gnats everywhere which is a major turn off. Trying to get a drink from the Bar takes an unbelievable amount of time. I was sitting in the bar area and The restaurant didnt seem insanely busy, but for some reason trying to get a drink is almost impossible. My boyfriend pointed out one of the bartenders who kept putting his hand in one of the servers face, poor thing seemed like she wanted to cry! Drinks arent super expensive here, I will give them that. But youd be better off at Texas, or outback. You get a better bang for your buck!
