The Loft at Duckworth’s

We hosted a leadership team gathering for my company in the loft and LOVED it. Two separate rooms up stairs were great for small groups to mingle and gather. Downstairs was great for people wanting to watch the game. And we had plenty of space on the large loft when we all came together. Plenty of food our group in the package pricing and drinks and variety were excellent! Looking forward to more events here.

It was my first time visiting this spot, and I absolutely enjoyed myself. It feels like a hidden gem, quiet and tucked away. The atmosphere is perfect for lounging, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends for drinks or even for a date. I can see it as a great spot for an after-dinner date, thanks to its extensive drink list and cozy, loft-like decor. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last.

Had a good time at the Loft at Duckworth in Charlotte, North Carolina. The loft is located upstairs at the Duckworth restaurant. The space was pretty cool. Had couches and banquettes. It was extremely loud. That might be my only negative. The food menu is also limited but they had an amazing, extensive Cocktail menu. Our server Kayla was a superstar! She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and accommodating! I would recommend to come here on a first date- has more of that vibe but there happened to be three big groups of eight when I was there. That might be why it was so loud. I know they want to keep it separate from the regular restaurant, but my suggestion would be that youd be able to order from the menu downstairs. But I understand why they dont do that. Theyre trying to keep it simple. My friend ordered the pretzel bites. She really liked them and it was a nice size portion for the price. They made an incredible dirty martini and had blue cheese olives, which is a big plus. Everybody ordered all different types of drinks and really liked them. Definitely recommend this place for sure!

The space itself is actually very pretty stylish decor, nice lighting, and a great vibe in theory. Unfortunately, the experience didnt live up to the look. The lounge sits above a sports bar, and the noise travels straight up. It was extremely loud the entire time, which made it hard to have a conversation and felt out of place for a cocktail lounge. Service was also very slow. Drinks took a long time to arrive, and it was difficult to get our servers attention once we were seated. With better sound control and more attentive service, this could be a great spot, but as it stands, it wasnt worth a return visit.

The Loft at Duckworths is an all time favorite cocktail lounge! The atmosphere is mid-century and spot on decor. The music of the crooners makes me smile and the service is top notch. The manager even stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our liking. The Loft will be our go to cocktail lounge in Charlotte. Well done!
