I finally made it! Ive been looking forward to this forever! Sam is a treasure & her baked goods are divine! I could have taken everything home! Carly waited on me with patience & took great care helping me pick out a biscuit, a vegan pastry, a loaf of the 4 cheese onion & garlic boule. While my husband was in Babe and Butcher I broke off a piece of the biscuit and I dont think Ive ever tasted any biscuit like this one! And I have had my share of biscuits my entire life. The size of this thing, Oh my! I had to try Hex Coffee. Most coffees can be bitter, but not this one. It was perfect! I want to personally thank Sam for having me as a guest in her beautiful space! Allowing me to indulge in her amazing baked goods baked with love & artfully displayed. Anyone wanting to experience a unique bakery, this is it! Parts of this bakery took me back to France & a mix of modern day. The macarons were like pieces of art! Dont hesitate! Get in your car & go experience this delightful bakery & Sams charms for yourself! After you pick up your treats, walk around & explore Camp North End, its a gem in Charlotte!

Yesterday was my first time going to this bakery, and I will be going back for more. Everything about this place is A+, from customer service to the food. I ordered two slices of cranberry cake and one giant chocolate chip cookie. The cake was not too sweet but had the right sweetness. It was moist and not heavy or greasy. Just perfect. I had to fight myself not to eat both slices in one sitting. The cookie was another perfection. My issue with cookies is sometimes the dough overpowers the chocolate chip or the other way around. With this cookie, there was a balance between the dough and the chocolate chip. I will be back for more thanks for the experience and the fantastic products.

This bakery is so creative with their flavors. My favorite is still the passionfruit tart. Most recently, I got the peach cobbler cookie and pistachio snack cake. The menu changes frequently so check Instagram for their latest offering. The staff is very personable and provides great service.

I have been here a few times now. Tried a few different bakery. All of them tasted really good. I really like that they are not too sweet. Their coffee is just ok though. The decoration inside is very homey

Amazing! Sam makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes, and is incredibly easy to communicate with! I requested one be gluten free and one vegan for a party I was attending, with no other specifications. The GF one was chocolate with a chocolate ganache. It was one of the best GF cakes I have ever had! I couldnt have the vegan cake, but all those at the party said it was phenomenal and they were all divvying it up before we all went home. I unfortunately am moving out of state, otherwise this would be my go to place for all my bakery needs!
