Each pairing is accompanied by a small bite of cheese, intentionally selected to highlight contrast, balance and texture — adding a savory dimension to every course. The experience includes: five pairings of chocolate, wine, and cheese; chocolates spanning two dark styles, one milk, one white and one caramelize; a take-home box of five chocolates reflecting the styles explored during class; select wines and Valrhona chocolates available for retail purchase following the class.
