Awful experience. I just wanted to book a room for a one on one class. Receptionist, Rebecca was rude , and unhelpful. No real instructions for key handling, or time open for business. When viewing online , everything appears to be 24 hrs, 7 days a week . Booking is available for a flexible times - however, I booked days in advance twice and was canceled without reason. No one answered the phones. When I decided to just go up there, thats when I got answers, from OTHER members, not anyone who actually works for this company. So much time and energy wasted. Even if money was returned. It was a waste of time . I will definitely not recommend anybody to go down this rabbit hole.
Do not get an office here. They steal your money, they dont have an easy way to contact anyone in Corporate Office, & you pay for a lease but never have a place to park. They currently owe me money & know it, but have made no attempt to pay me. They only say they made a ticket but that never provides a solution.
I have worked at Spaces for almost 2 years and this is, by far, my favorite rental office I have worked in. They are problem solvers and quick to help assist their customers. I think too often people come to these reviews to vent one negative experience, but being someone who has been at this location a while, I am very pleased with the consistently clean, professional, and quiet atmosphere of Spaces and its employees.
Was fine to work from but terrible customer service. I was told verbally that my membership was cancelled and because it was not actually cancelled I am paying for an additional 2 months when I will not be using the space at all. I have yet to receive an email or call back and the only solution was to cancel now and pay the full price for both months.
I have had my office located in this building for 1+ years. The team is very responsive to any questions I have, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Jason at the front desk is extremely attentive and helpful.
