Just to be candid: Randy is 100% the reason for this review. If youre planning on visiting this store, it would behoove you to call ahead and check that Randy is workingyou will NOT regret the 15 seconds it takes to do that! His customer service, knowledge and experience is second to none. If this store sold anything other than clothing (and Randy was working), I would buy it! Brooks Brothers cars?? Id go to Randy. And hed probably find me the perfect car.

Great customer service. I walked in and needed a suit fairly quickly and was helped promptly even though the location was short-staffed the day I went. Would definitely go back again due to the great customer service and atmosphere.

Typical Brooks Brothers. Actually larger - a very large store. I needed a respectable tie for a gift in a hurry & they didn't disappoint, but of course it was $50+ on sale. Brooks Brothers is to me overpriced for what you get, as well as a little stodgy in style, but the quality is good and for those who can afford it this is a nice, large shop. Staff were helpful & low-key.

Best customer service I've seen in a while. An elbow busted out of my shirt and I didn't have time to go home before going to a show. The salesman not only helped me out, but offered to press the damn shirt I bought before I left so I could wear it out of the store. Without me asking. That's great looking out. Yeah, you spend a bit more, but it's impossible to put a price on that kind of attention.
