Horrible customer service. I walked in yesterday and the girls working in there were RUDE. I could have used some help but the staff couldnt be bothered. I just had a baby was looking to buy new clothes but it just wasnt worth feeling uncomfortable. You ladies arent above the folks spending money at your store FYI. There is a similar store on park road owned by the same company they are a little bit friendlier if you want to go there.

I stopped to look after lunch at the restaurant next door customer service is not good , the women there looked at me like if I should not be there (Im Hispanic) all blonde girls inside a couple of older women, who never talked to me when I paid, followed me everywhere inside the store! Diversity and customer service training will benefit your owner or employees! Also diversion. Your employees .

SO. RUDE. I was walking around after getting my nails done and saw this boutique. The hours posted on Google say the store closes at 7pm, so I thought I'd walk through. I walk in at 5:49 pm on 2/11 and a blonde lady behind the counter just stared at me. (Weird) I said hello for the second time and her response was "we close at 6pm" and promptly kicked me out... it wasn't even 6pm yet. Do better.
