Ordered some pants to the store and fedex had said they were delivered, but when I went into the store they couldnt be found. I followed up a few days after (today) and they said theyd order me a new pair and give me a gift card for the full value of the pants. Great customer service!

my older sister and i went to this lulu yesterday, we are big fans of lulu. however my sister needed to exchange some shorts for a different size. my sister told the worker that she wanted to try on the next size up, the worker looked at my sister and said thats weird, usually people down size in lulu, they never go up like excuse me?? that was very rude of her and we decided to leave the store. we were so shocked that she actually said that.

Great selection, helped me with two pairs of pants that had a tear at the seems. Staff was really helpful and took care of it quickly. Will be coming back again even though its further away from my house.

The staff at this location is amazing! I went in a couple days after Christmas - they were so busy, but you wouldnt know by talking to the staff. I needed to exchange something but they didnt have the size I needed, Dana (unsure of spelling) took the time to return my jacket, put credit on a gift card and repurchase the item and have it shipped directly to me. Any other store wouldve told me to do that myself. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The store was also super clean too. Definitely recommend this location!
