First Id say, better signage is needed for entering and one should not have to park and walk up to the building to find out, you have to get back in your car and enter near Dillards. Signage is needed! I was not the only one who was at the wrong entrances and felt this way. We walked 10 rows and so glad they were numbered but no clear direction of what business or product types are where. No store directory inside either. Bathroom near front entrance was out of order -again signage not provided. Bathroom near the cafe area which look just like a sitting area was quite. Ive heard about the store and figured while in Charlotte, go check it out. Be prepared to walk and walk and walk. At each booth, there is signage above your head to identify the seller. There is a lot of duplication-candles, soaps, Christmas/decor, etc. Two honey spaces and no honey comb on this visit. was an interesting experience visiting today. The store is huge and full of space rentals for retailers to advertise and sell their merchandise. I did buy honey, You Got This Book and muscadine juice. Venture out, this store might be for you. Our check out person was friendly and jolly.

Loved the atmosphere of this store and the workers were very kind. I just stumbled upon this gem when I was at the mall, and I have seen their Facebook posts before so I was delighted to check them out. Absolutely loved everything they had and the selection is endless! Great for finding unique gifts for loved ones and just so great to explore. Ill definitely be back again soon!

Absolutely wonderful! Me and my friend went in on a regular Wednesday and it wasnt relatively busy at all! Also learned the top area is always shut off because its only open for auctions on certain days. The aesthetic is very nice and they sell what I was after Jellycats! Plenty of them! The staff were extremely helpful and wonderful people. So the next time I stop by Carolina place itll be on my hitlist! (-)

Donna has exceptional customer care and really helped me to locate a clean beautiful smelling and even more beautiful decorated restroom. I am highly impressed with the design of the floor and sink even the toilet paper dispenser is sleek cylinder and matte black. The sink has three modern gold design faucets and designer hand soap and hand lotion. Donna was also very cheerful to chat with about our fashion and decoration favorites! Im definitely going back as soon as I can. :)

I love trinketsespecially cheap onesso I fully expected to enjoy this store. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. Despite the store being nearly empty, an associate named Karen made it her mission to follow me and my two friends to every corner, watching us so closely that it felt less like shopping and more like being monitored. From the moment we walked in, another employee (whose name I didnt catch) warned us not to touch any merchandise because we had drinks and might leave fingerprints or make things dirty. While I can understand wanting to protect products, the way it was handled was excessive and immediately set an unwelcoming tone. Being shadowed throughout the entire store only amplified that feeling. Instead of being able to browse and enjoy ourselves, we were made to feel like a problem the moment we walked in. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and completely ruined what should have been a simple shopping trip.
