With three accessible Visitor Info Center locations – two in Center City and one at Charlotte Douglas International Airport – visitors are sure to find a friendly face who will help make the most of their stay in Charlotte. And while knowledgeable staff works at all three sites, Charlotte's call center (800-231-4636) can also assist with expert advice during the planning process.

At the main Center City location – between Tryon Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard – visitors can find Charlotte-themed gifts such as hoodies and T-shirts, regional stoneground grits, cookbooks, locally-made jewelry, the region's exclusive crown-stamped pottery and much more.
