I visited The Conspiracy based on the great reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! I was initially worried about finding the entrance since it was said to be unmarked, but theyve updated it, making it super easy to find now. The vibe inside was definitely that cool speakeasy lounge feel, and it was a really nice atmosphere. Eric was both our server and DJ, playing an awesome mix of 90s and 2000s R&B, which set a perfect mood for the evening. The food was great overall. I tried a non-alcoholic mocktail, which was good, though not the best Ive had. The short ribs were absolutely delicious, especially paired with the cauliflower. The tuna tartare was a standout as well, super flavorful. I also ordered the turkey meatballs, and while the flavor was great, the texture was a bit mushy, so they could have been firmer. I did get to sample my friends buffalo chicken mac and cheese, which was amazing, and my other friends enjoyed the shrimp flatbreads, though I couldnt try them due to dietary restrictions. Overall, The Conspiracy is a fantastic spot for cocktails and small bites. Im looking forward to coming back on Friday for live music and enjoying the vibe again. Definitely recommend it!

We attended the conspiracy for an event event sponsored by angels envy. My first time dying in there really nice environment dark ambience, movie, vibe and exceptional customer service. Savannah is an amazing bartender Definitely will check out the live music on Friday I chose chicken pesto handheld sandwich. My wife had the turkey meatball flatbread pizza. Both items taste really good

This was a nice spot to get a cocktail and seems to be a hit for social gatherings! Cocktails are good, but not sure theyre worth the price. I was expecting more sophisticated presentation but the cocktails were standardbut still decent. The cocktail in my picture was their take on a spicy marg. Tasted and looked like an average rail drink to be honest. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and unfortunately was a little disappointed because the chicken cutlet was so colossal, I had to eat it with a fork and knife. I included a shot of the chicken breast which was thicker than 1 inch. Chicken doesnt cook as evenly or become as tender when not tenderized with a mallet. I would not order this again. Atmosphere is great however, good music and really cool aesthetic. I would probably go here again if someone suggested it, but maybe not on my own like I did this time.

TLDR: This is a great spot. Marks the man. Visiting Charlotte NC from Boston for the weekend, stopped in for a couple drinks and light bite. Staff was so welcoming, warm and attentive. Food and drinks were great. Live musician was great. Everything was great. We ordered surf and turf (delicious) and boyfriend got a spicy tequila soda which was spectacular. Mark the bar manager knows whats up. Come here.

Nice mix of music to set the vibe. Great drinks and food, as well as a spacious area where it doesn't feel too crowded. There's plenty of sitting space. Two bars, and a menu any foodie would love.
