Buffalo Wild Wings
Service was slow. Staff lacked communication with customers. They will leave you standing there while looking at you knowing you need some service. Then would ask you, have you been helped, like no. You watched me walk in and stood there and looked at me the entire time maam/sir. I ordered my food an hour before I arrived and was told my order was not ready. Was also told that online order ready time is not accurate. Once I received my order, my fries were cold as well as my chicken. To top it off, one of the flavors I ordered was not the correct flavor. I wouldve been better off just eating pizza. South side location is a lot better than downtown. Please do not order from this location.
The good thing, the avocado bacon burger was good. The side salad could have been better, lettuces was a little brown. Service... was a little one sided in my opinion due to my friends I met there, got a lot of attention, I had to ask for another drink rather than being asked if I wanted another drink. For drinks I would recommend at least 2 unique bourbons Buffalo Trace is ideal for Buffalo Wild Wings(just saying haha). I was there to spend money but didn't feel as if anyone wanted my money. Last thing, it's always nice to see a smile on faces from those that work there, that could go a long way. Thanks for taking the time to read my rant. I know this place is better than what I witnessed.
Service is terrible, plain and simple. Place is empty on a Sunday afternoon at lunch for a reason I guess. Been here 20 minutes and havent been given a chance to order. Its close to the Hall of Fame so thats why I came. Edit: Whats more is the person I was with did not leave a tip because of the horrible service Naomi provided and then Naomi charged one anyway! That is THEFT! This location clearly needs to be closed. Naomi needs to be fired.
To no fault to the employees did they make the experience bad. It was unfortunate the there was only one server on the opening night of NFL season. As a visitor coming to Charlotte, I caught an Uber there. Waited over an hour to be seated. The gentleman upfront customer service was awesome, the bartender was great as well as we eventually was seated at the bar. I just hope this establishment gets help soon.
Cons. Very bad receiving at the door. Unprofessional. She said there is wait time of 40 minutes and very next customer she said the wait time is 10 minutes. I was shocked. Anyways ended up in our table after 30 minutes of wait. Pros The girl who served us was great. She provided exceptional service, checking on us every 10 minutes. The bad experience at the door was made up by this girl. All three stars go to that waiter, I wish I asked her name for the review. Thank you.
