We we're tucked in a tiny corner, but they managed to keep the table clear and there was somehow enough room for us to sit. Our server started rocky but got the timing down as the night went on. The food was A+ number 1 Duke of New York good. I got the blackened ribeye and it was perfect. We sampled the gumbo, the red beans and rice, the Cajun popcorn, all were excellent. 5/5 stars, do recommend.

Parking is tight here, but at least there's a complimentary valet. The fact that the restaurant is essentially a big house gives the place a different kind of vibe, but I felt it worked well with the theme of the place. Couldn't get seating on the upstairs patio, but I think that's where the best seating is. The food was really good quality. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is very nice, rather unique too being you can tell it was originally a house and then later converted into a restaurant. Do not be fooled, there is a lot of space inside for tables, when we went it wasn't busy at all @7pm. The food was amazing, I had the bayou platter and it was delicious and just the right amount of spicy. My girlfriend had shrimp and grits and man was it good too. We finished with an Oreo cheesecake, which too was very rich and delicious. The food is spot on, I love Cajun style food, I would highly recommend this location.

Wow what a great spot. Hadn't been for a few years. Great service and the food was incredible. Everything was on point. Can't wait to go back.

It was like an authentic taste of New Orleans in Charlotte! Incredible food, great service, and a jazz band to boot... Very highly recommended by this Louisiana native :)
