Haymaker does the upscale bar experience right. From location to atmosphere to food, it's a can't miss if you're in the area. All the dishes we tried were great but for sure don't miss the Crispy Pork Belly. It was super flavorful and cooked perfectly, seriously wanted to lick the plate. There is a nice park and minor league baseball field right across the street, come for the food and stay for the fun. Overall, I would definitely come back for another round.

I really enjoyed this place. I walked from my hotel so I can't remember the parking situation. I ordered French toast and bacon. My friend got shrimp and grits. And we both enjoyed the spicy margaritas. The inside is SUPER NICE and well done without making you feel like you need to be super dressed up. I would definitely come here again.
The food was OUTSTANDING! Service was incredible. ALL staff we interacted with - including a 20 minute conversation with the sous chef - were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is beautiful. We had an amazing experience and will definitely return!
Amazing place!! The space is so beautiful with its high ceilings as large windows. It lets in so much natural light. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I felt very taken care of. Each menu item was so good that we had a difficult time finishing it all. Loved the cocktails as well.
Food was great (mushroom toast, heirloom salad, pork belly & NY Strip). Service was terrible. From the moment we walked in the door, it was as if we were an inconvenience to the front of house. We were then told we had to wait for a table (we had a reservation) when there were about 10 open two top tables. We had to ask for clean dinner plates. They wanted us to use our appetizer plates for our shared entree. When our cocktail ran out, we were asked if we wanted more waternot if we wanted another cocktail or coffee. We were also seated near the kitchen and a lot of the staff were clowning around in the kitchen and texting on their phones. The bathroom was also very dirty. There was a giant trash bag on the floor under the sink with a ton of dirty paper towels piled up. When we left, the front of house staff was sitting at a table together talking. They didnt even bother to say have a good night. I took a friend who was visiting from NYC and was a little embarrassed that this was the experience I gave him. Like I said, the food was great, but the kitchen cant do it all. We went on a Saturday night and parked in the lot across the street (pay via park mobile).
