King Fish Poke
This was an excellent find for lunch a few weeks ago, after I visited the Charlotte Botanical Garden. It was easy to find with the use of a GPS device or Google maps. Upon arriving I noticed that they had a private parking lot behind the building and street parking nearby. The 2 young ladies who was working was super friendly and helpful...since this my first experience visiting this business. They explained everything about the bowls and the ingredients in each bowl. Overall, both my spouse and I truly enjoyed everything we ordered and we both felt like the portions were plentiful.
$9.95 is a great starting price for poke with a fair range of fresh ingredient selections. You can choose sushi rice, a nori-wrapped "sushi burrito" or salad as your base. Beware: the sushi burrito is a giant maki roll that can get messy. Also, the place could use some better ambiance beyond the minimalist white tables and chairs (and cardboard boxes of supplies in the corner). Come here for your meal, then go get dessert at Tea Fusion on the other side of the shopping center!
Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. We have gone here a bunch of times and it's always so good and they never mess up anything. If I remember right, the miso soup isn't good but everything else is great!

So clean, such good food, and such a nice staff. I see new people who maybe never have had poke before struggle to order and the staff has always been so friendly and patient. They acknowledge and verbally welcome people when they come in and actually enforce masks to keep themselves and others safe. Been coming here for over a year and their conduct and quality is very consistent.
I am so glad I went here. My sushi burrito was just amazing! They give you a good amount for the price you say. I wanted to try something different and this just hit the spot. Inside was nice and clean staff was super friendly. So gald its only a 5 min drive for me.
