I had an amazing experience at Salata thanks to Todd! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Todd was incredibly attentive throughout my visit, he took the time to let me sample different dressings so I could find exactly what I liked, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how personable and engaging he was. He made the entire experience feel genuine and enjoyable, not rushed or transactional. Because of his exceptional customer service, I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically. Todd truly made a lasting impression!

My girlfriend and I stopped by Salata in South End on the way out of town for a birthday Airbnb trip and thought the place looked great inside. The space is bright, clean, and feels like a nice addition to the neighborhood. The biggest downside was the parking situation which is obviously more of a South End issue than a Salata issue, but it definitely made the quick stop feel less convenient than we expected. The ordering flow was also a little awkward... after building your order you end up waiting at the register while the food is assembled, which slowed things down more than it needed to. Food-wise, my wrap ended up being really good but there wasnt an option for a plain wrap, so I went with the cucumber wrap instead of whole wheat and it actually worked out great. Overall, it was a good meal, but if Im choosing between salad spots in Charlotte Id probably lean toward Chopt most of the time.

I love Salata but will specifically be back to the LoSo location because of Lashonda. She was a true gem and incredibly patient while I built my dream salad. She recommended a dressing I likely wouldn't have picked out. It's my new favorite! The ingredients are fresh and you know it's going to be good if it's in a big metal bowl. Thanks so much!!

Can you really go wrong when youre making it yourself with fresh ingredients? 1st time going and decided to bring my son with me. He made his own salad and loved it!! One thing I will say is that I wish the kids would recieve a bit more lettuce because the scoop full of dressing is a bit much for the amount of lettuce in the bowl. It just takes it over. Other than that theres lots of fresh ingredients and variety when it comes to different greens, protiens, dressings, and toppings that include other veggies, fruits, and nuts. Oh and they have soups! Thank you! Will be back. * a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays?

The service here was outstanding. There were so many options to choose from that I had trouble deciding which wrap to order. Lashonda was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient, and she offered great suggestions to help me decide. This was my first time at this restaurant, and thanks to the great service, I will definitely be coming back and becoming a regular!
