This restaurant has been here for a long time. I probably ate here over 20 years ago. My fried bologna sandwich was one of the best I ever had. Got it with all the way. Next time I will try Southern. We also got the freshly made chips. Try the Vidalla Onion Dip. My wife really enjoyed her cheese steak. Our waitress, Tammy M. was very friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great lunch! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Im still on a mission to try most of the old restaurants in Charlotte, NC. The patty melt and French fries did not disappoint. I like the old school vibe they had in there and everyone was very nice.

My daughter and I came here after church on Mother's Day. Mrs. Tammy our waitress was amazing. Born and Raised in Charlotte, NC not far from the Restaurant. Her tea is Magnificent!!!

Great service from a great restaurant with a wonderful vibe. Breakfast is new for the Diamond & they knocked it out of the park. Super fresh & our waiter (Ryan maybe?) was super friendly & efficient.
