Had a blast, as always. Don't rush it, just enjoy. This location is a little hard to get to. Definitely, make a reservation. The big sign on the front of the building really helps find the location. Parking can be scarce. The restaurant does provide valet parking in the rear of the building. Great job staff. Tiffany was an excellent server, and made sure we were well taken care of. The staff did a great job backing up and keeping the meal flowing. Loved the whole experience!

The Cheese Fondue and Chocolate Fondue were heavenly. Sari took care of us and he was so pleasant and open to all our questions since it was our first time!! Thanks Sari for making it a wonderful experience! Yummy!

We spent $100 for two people. The best part is a unique experience. The worst part is the price and serving sizes. It's extremely expensive considering you cook your own food. I would consider going again but just for the chocolate fondue and drinks.

I LOVE the melting pot. Great for anniversary dinners. My sister introduced me to them years ago, and it was the best meal I'd ever had. Not the type of place we can afford for a weekly night out, but excellent for special occasions.

My daughter has Celiacs disease. We have eaten at Melting Pot in Wilmington, NC and it was truly Gluten free. Be careful with Charlotte Melting Pot. She ate there tonight and has been sick since leaving. Either they do not watch for or care about cross contamination, or are adding a glutinous extender to their fondue. Either way, my daughter has been vomiting for two hours (every 6 minutes) and we are in for at least four more hours of sickness. SHAME ON YOU CHARLOTTE MELTING POT FOR NOT BEING MORE DILIGENT IN MAKING SURE YOU SERVINGS ARE ACTUALLY GLUTEN FREE. And YES, I am sure the Melting Pot is the culprit based on how the reaction presented. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL TO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.
