Excellent local market with fresh milk and dairy products. Love being able to shop locally and support farms around the community. I go there weekly for months and never been booted. Make sure you park where their signs say and youll be fine.

Didnt even make it inside because my car was BOOTED while I was sitting in it, engine running, while I was on a call. The owner was clearly working with the tow company, and the entire situation felt extremely predatory. I was charged $300 to remove the boot and was threatened that my car would be towed with me inside it if I didnt pay immediately. I was given no options and made to feel completely trapped and forced to comply. Im honestly glad I didnt make it inside to support this business in any way. Regardless of whats offered inside, I would not recommend. Their manner and lack of empathy speak for themselves.

Mecklenburg County Market is such a gem! Its a small, family-owned business that truly supports the local community, with amazing local produce and vendors you can feel good about buying from. Everything is fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and the people are incredibly kind and welcoming. You can really tell how much care and pride goes into this markethighly recommend stopping by and supporting local!

First thing I have to say THIS IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL PARKING LOT! It is a shame how these parking lot 1-star reviewers behave, and I believe it is more a reflection on them as selfish individuals. The signage is posted CLEAR AS DAY that if you park there and do not go in to the market, go elsewhere, you WILL be towed. It cant be anymore clear. These incompetent individuals used the market parking as their own personal parking spot to go about the city as they please. These people get towed/booted because they disobey the extremely clear, extremely simple warning signs posted all over the parking lot. And then want to come crying here like there is a predatory towing operation going on there. These people who were booted did so because they selfishly ignored the rules of the market-owned parking lot, they thought they could park there and spend the day walking around the city. Simply, no. You take spots away from the real shoppers, and from a family-owned and operated business. Disgusting, selfish, entitled people. Saw all these people conveniently leaving that part out of their miserable reviews, so had to speak on that as it is just untrue and unfair to these hardworking incredible people. The produce is second to none in Charlotte. Gavin the clerk is very kind and knowledgeable and a joy to shop with! DO BETTER PEOPLE AND STOP BEING ENTITLED AND SELFISH!

I was about to enter this store and a gentleman came up to our vehicle and booted it. Then threatened to tow our vehicle with us in it. This is not the first time apparently as so many people on here have written about the same experience. This is obviously a scam between the owner and the tow company. I have reported both companies to the BBB and will be filing complaints. I dont think they will pull one on me. Attendant cried racism after being told he was a scavenger preying on people. Would not give his credentials and claims he doesnt warn people to move their vehicle when its running and occupied. Avoid this parking lot and business
