The Office Craft Bar & Kitchen

Visited the Indian Location twice and both experiences were different. The first time was with the hubs at night and the service and food were simply great. The place was busy. Our server was prompt and our drinks were never low. The food was delivered hot and in a timely matter and it was also delicious. The second time I went at lunch time with my mom and was seated right away. It wasnt busy at all. Our server was very young and it took her a minute to realize we were seated in her section. We were close to the kitchen and I was able to see when our food was ready, but it sat for a minute before she bought it over. We never got a refill and she bought us the check well after we had finished eating. So, I believe this location is a hit or miss depending when you go and who serves you. The restaurant does share parking with other businesses so you may have to walk. I heard the Ballantyne location is better and will give them a try at some point.

First time here and it was a great experience. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table, but it was 7:00 on a Friday night. Once seated, it took a while for our server to come, but once she did, she did a fabulous job the rest of the night. We had the pepper trio and fried pickles for an appetizer and they were really good. Our main course meals were wings, veggie nachos, and pizza. All was delicious! Manager or owner even came by to check and make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back. Staff, food, and atmosphere was all good which is really hard to find these days!

My experience was during a Monday lunch hour, not busy at all and thr service was very goof. Our server Brian D. Was very kind and didn't run out of drink and was checking on us periodically. I ordered a Philly with a side of Mac and it was very good. Traditional onions peppers and the Mac and cheese was different and had fat noodles and was good. My father ordered 8 wings and had a side of cucumber salad and then we had a order of the fried cauliflower but not tossed with side of ranch. Very good food would recommend lunch over dinner as it is next to a movie theater and seems it's a very popular joint. They had an outside sesting area covered and uncovered and had heaters. Very pleasant experience coming from York SC.

Wow, what a poor experience. First time. We were sat at a sticky dirty table, had to request it cleaned. Both entrees ordered were no longer on the menu, bummer. Service was very slow. 2nd choice entree came out with mold on the bread. We left without getting past the appetizer. Our waitress was very friendly and the manager handled it professionally. Fried pickles were good. It was a big disappointment, we wont be back.

I had an exceptional experience at The Office at RedStone! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a stylish yet comfortable setting perfect for a night out. The service was top-notch, and I have to give special recognition to Jackie, the bartender, who truly made my visit outstanding. Jackie was not only incredibly kind but also impressively knowledgeable about the drink menu. She took the time to understand my preferences and recommended a fantastic mixed drink that was perfectly crafted. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience. The food and drinks were superb, with a well-balanced menu tha t offers something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a casual evening with friends or a more refined dining experience, The Office at RedStone is a fantastic choice. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area!
