Our first visit was yesterday around lunch time. We made reservations, showed up and was greeted immediately. Had a delicious lunch there. The staff was great, place was clean. We had such a good time..like legit had fun like we were 10 years old again..and we werent even drinking! Id recommend this as a good date spot..also a good place to bring out of town guests..perfect for a Sunday Funday stop (especially if the weather is bad). Super awesome!
Fun spot for a quick round of putt putt. It was extremely busy and we still had to wait a bit after our reservation but only because it depends on how slowly or how big the group ahead of you is at putting. Drinks were good but it's faster on busy nights just to go straight to the bar than wait for a waiter to come to your group while you're playing..the place is pretty big so I know it has to be a lot to cover for staff. Go with a fun group, prepare to wait a bit and enjoy each other's company. They do serve food and it looked tasty but we ate before our golf reservation.
Had a reality TV show filming while we were there. It was easily apparent they cared more about the cameras than the customers actually there. I was lucky and in a small part, we barely got service and got to play one round before the reality TV show took up the course for an hour (on a Saturday afternoon). However I personally witnessed multiple larger parties walk out after not even being served drinks. They clearly care more about exposure than customer service. I cannot recommend them
We enjoyed our visit to Stroke. It was very clean and the hostess was super welcoming and helpful. Here are a few things to keep in mind. 1. Stroke is a bar/mini golf establishment. If you are looking for hardcore mini-golf, this is not the place. 2. There are 9 holes. Most holes are par 2. It does not take very long to get through the course. 3. The ambiance is amazing. It's a modern feel with wood trims and lots of plants. It feels really clean and the energy is nice . 4. Because it's only 9 holes it can be a bit of a bottleneck on the course if you are stuck behind a larger party. The food thing is that you can order drinks and there are drink tables at each hole. 5. Once you finish with golf (or before/or in lieu of) you can hangout in the trendy looking lounge or at the bar. Cocktails are fairly expensive in the $12-14 range. 6. You can seat yourself wherever you'd like including indoor or outdoor. This works well, however, we found ourselves constantly looking around to find the wait staff. 7. For the selfie lovers, there are plenty of picture perfect spots throughout the venue. 8. It costs about $12 pp to play the 9 holes. The front desk will start a tab when you arrive and close out when you're done. The card reader will automatically add gratuity if you don't manually select no-tip by scrolling down. 9. There are small parking lots adjacent to and behind the building. These lots are free. Otherwise plan for street parking and pay close attention to posted signs so that you don't get towed. 10. All is well it was a pretty good date night and definitely a nice place to hangout and have some fun with friends. While it's kid friendly, I would reserve this spot for my adult friends.
I went early on a Saturday....so there weren't many people there. The ambulance and the decor were nice. The staff was not very welcoming and most looked like they just rolled out of bed. There wasn't any music playing. To top it off a gin and tonic cost almost $18. Maybe it picks up later at night...I won't be back.
