Spent the day exploring Charlotte. Got the 24 hour pass for two bikes. Worked out great! Had a blast and rode a total of around 30 miles for the day. Electric assist on the bikes was very helpful. One bike we undocked the "turbo" did not work so we swapped it out for a different bike at a nearby station. The 24 hour pass is a great value and the bikes were in decent shape. The tires do need replaced. The BCycle app was useful helping undock the bikes. Overall great time and we will definitely be doing it again. Thanks BCycle!

JOY RIDE INDEED! We had the pleasure of experiencing these BCycles in Freedom Park. Everything about the experience was easy: We used the kiosk to rent the bikes. (Next time, we'll try the app). The bikes were easy to navigate - and once we pressed the On button for the Turbo - the electric battery automatically assisted you as you pedaled. It let us zip around the park and into nearby neighborhoods. I liked being able to ring the bell & alert people that I'm coming up behind them. It charges you in 30-minute increments, and we received texts every 30 minutes that informed us that we were incurring charges. A couple of days later, I received a text with the final tally. Overall, this was a delightful impromptu experience.

Rip-off, I rent -3 bike they charge me $ 8.00 four time and then $24.00 four time we used only 2 hours. Do not rent it.!!!!!
