I really enjoyed my experience @ polished. I had a really great nail tech who went above and beyond. She couldn't do what I originally wanted but she slayed on my plan b. She took her time with the hand design and shape of my nails. It is rare that I'm 100% satisfied with the overall experience, but I highly recommend.

This nail salon was by far the best & largest salon I've seen. Kong, yes his name was Kong offered us something to drink. My daughters had a glass of wine! Yes they served the patrons alcohol! The staff are so nice. Kong treated us like royalty. You must check this place out. You will be amazed as I was

Im giving this 3 stars because of the technicians customer service but if it wasnt for that it would be a 1. 1.) my nails are all different shapes 2.) I wanted the middle fingers longer because I have chunky fingers with wide nail beds, I was told no. Couldnt do different lengths. Okay 3.) My nails look so gross, they were not cleaned up at all!!! They already have marks on them and obviously did not cure all the way. 4.) they already look like they need a fill in. I literally just left!!!! I can not believe I spent $70 not including tip on these. Also, When leaving I was trying to ask another technician to speak to me outside and ask her if these looked acceptable, she ACTED LIKE SHE WAS TERRIFIED FOR HER LIFE. Which brought the technician over, who then explains something about the cuticle over and over again. I was offered a $30 credit which I refused, I didnt want anything free, just wanted to point out what I thought was wrong and possibly get it corrected. I will not be back.

Literally some of the worst nails Ive ever gotten and I went to nail school with complete beginners lol. Dirty tools, USED files being used on me for acrylics. Tech cut me three times and didnt sanitize his bits after, just put them back in the box to use on someone else. My nails look like theyre all in their own little world as far as shaping and the direction theyre pointing in. The gel polish color was not fully cured when I left and my nails are lumpy. Complete waste of money and time. Not worth $70.

I recently got my nails done at this salon and I was blown away by the quality of the service. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and my nails turned out beautifully. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other places in the area. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great nail experience!
