The Trap Beauty Bar is 10/10 love the customer service. All the ladies are nice and greet you when you first walk in the door. The entire team makes you feel at home. The name fits the Salon definitely cultivating and fits into the culture of the newer generation. I got my make-up done by Tali and she is amazing love her work. Always get my lash extensions done by Christine and she always executes!!

I forgot about my daughters school dance and tried to book a last minute appointment online an there was nothing available. I called and the owner found a way to squeeze her in just in time. The customer service was top tier so was my daughters mani/pedi. The location is unique and was one of the best looking beauty bars Ive ever seen. Bout time Charlotte got a spot like this in the city! I will forever be trapped out at the trap beauty bar. They made my daughters experience 1 of 1.
