I've had a few great experiences here for a couple baseball games and received great service and quality entertainment each time. The facilities are clean, the staff are knowledgeable and respectful of the guests, and the food selections are broad. The Charlotte Knights are fun to watch and on occasion the games will end with a very neat fireworks show! Add all of this with the beautiful backdrop of Uptown Charlotte and you have a winning combination.

All seats are close to the action. Have a great variety of food. Many concession stands. Must pay to park, and the cheapest Ive seen is $8 now. Used to be $5. The Diamond Direct Luxury Lounge has a nice spread. Bathrooms are plentiful.
Had a blast here. There are so many employees around to help if you need anything. Many food options and drink options- canned or draft beer, chilled Rita's, etc- ice cream, all the snacks you could imagine. Very engaged game, even for kids. Great family activity.

Great ballpark! Not a bad seat anywhere, just a matter of sitting in the sun or in the shade. Plenty of food and drink vendors. We sat behind home plate and received excellent service from our hostesses. (It is worth the extra money to splurge). Our seats were padded and we had extra room. Food and drink prices are very reasonable for a ballpark, they wont break your bank. In the team store, prices were also comparable with what you would find in regular sports / athletic stores. Everyone from the security staff, the show pro staff, vendors, Knights employees and staff were all very friendly and helpful! Great fun for single, couples or families.
Good environment and family friendly. Seating along baselines and near home plate pretty good and easy to follow. The grassy areas could definitely use more access points to the sidewalk. Some vendors were short staffed and caused very long lines. Over a good visit, will go again.
