We had a fantastic experience at Paper Mill Pub thanks to Xavier. We came in with a larger networking group before the game, and he made the entire evening seamless from start to finish. Xavier went above and beyond helping coordinate platters, setting up a dedicated table for all of our food, organizing drink tickets, and making sure everyone in our group was taken care of. Even with a busy crowd, he stayed organized, friendly, and incredibly attentive. His professionalism and positive attitude made hosting a larger group stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Xavier if youre planning a group outing or pre-game meetup outstanding service all around!

The service was fantastic, and the bartender was very attentive. I ordered food and drinks with a side salad along with some cauliflower bites. the food came out hot and was delicious, very tasty. The atmosphere was great. There are televisions all over the place and plenty of open seatings upstairs and downstairs.

Ive gone back and forth about posting this because I used to really like this place, but honestly it just hasnt been the same for a while now. Something clearly changed around mid-July, and ever since then the whole experience has felt off. This used to be one of my favorite spots. The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you could tell there were people working there who genuinely cared. Now it feels completely different. The energy is weird, the service is inconsistent, and it just doesnt have that same comfortable feeling anymore. What stands out the most is the staff change. The people who were always friendly, attentive, and clearly the hardest workers seem to be gone. And its really noticeable. Those were the employees who made the place what it was, and without them everything feels disorganized and lacking that personal touch. Every time Ive been back recently its been more disappointing than the last. Its frustrating to see a place that used to be so good decline this much in such a short time. I dont know what happened behind the scenes, but from a customer perspective, the difference is obvious. I hate saying this because I used to recommend this restaurant all the time, but I just cant anymore. I really hope things turn around, but right now I wouldnt tell anyone to go out of their way to eat here.

My husband and I went here for the first time after Bend It at the Ballpark. Great atmosphere and we loved the open air vibe. The cauliflower bites are amazing and our sandwiches were delicious too. The staff were all friendly. We will definitely go back!

I went here around 1pm on a Saturday. I think they opened at 12pm. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere and take in the scenery around it. I sat on the side with the window open facing the street and park. Amazing view! Cant wait to go back at time. The food and the service was the BEST!
