The Brass Tap - South End
Decent amount of beers on tap and pretty good sliders. Prime rib was on the tough side and on one of the chickens it had a hair. Restaurant was also very warm and it wasnt packed with people at all.
This place has a huge selection of beer on tap! The indoor area was accommodating but the outdoor area was legit. The enclosed heated patio with ample seating was lovely on a cold and rainy day. Service was pretty good also. Very attentive and checked to see if we needed anything a couple of times.
We were looking for a place for happy hour in South End that we hadn't been to so we decided to check this place out. They have a ton of taps. Thursdays are $4 NC beers. I was disappointed with all the variety they had, they didn't have any kombucha. We decided to try the Korean BBQ pork nachos and they were very good. The portion size was huge. I was impressed with the amount of meat that came on them. So many toppings, you didn't have to worry about plain chips. Overall, it was a good place to hang out for a couple of hours after work!
Went for the first time last night. Originally went for a quick drink but ended up staying 2 or 3 hours. Great beer selection. Huge IPA selection. which I am a fan of. And they had great drink specials. Great service and atmosphere. The musician was absolutely the funniest guy I have ever heard. Unbelievable knowledge of music and guitar skills. Making jokes and singing requests the whole night. Will definitely return.
Breast tap is uses to be my go-to place to watch football they've gone kind of downhill recently they're one of the few places that carry my favorite beer steak cake and the pretzels and beer cheese is really good That's really about it four years ago I would have gave this place five stars but I can't not notice the change in service and quality of environment it's just not a good place to go anymore go next door to wooden robot it's better
