Food is good but did messed up my friend orders. But honestly need new managers, i literally saw my food waiting on the counter along with my drink about 10 minutes. Still dont understand what took them so long to put everything in the box. I know its only 10 minutes but quite annoying. The cooks are fine, 2 people other sides boxing arent

The food here was very good and we enjoyed the vegetarian options. The service was a bit slow, but everyone working there was friendly. The text messaging system said my order was ready but we had to wait another 10 minutes or so before someone actually brought it out. It was also a bit off-putting to see DoorDashers coming in a bit disheveled. One DoorDasher came in, clearly intoxicated, coughing into the air while stumbling toward the counter. This isnt directly this locations fault, but it did make the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.

Me and my wife came here to eat after doing some shopping. They have several kinds of burgers, chicken burgers, a mushroom burger and veggie burger. I ordered the smoke shack I think its called. It comes with cheese, bacon, some kind of sauce and cherry pepper relish I think it was. My wife ordered the shroom burger. It comes with Munster cheese lettuce tomato and sauce. We also got a strawberry shake to share. You order from a kiosk and take a number and put it on your table. The food came out in about 10 minutes. My burger was hot and fresh. The bacon was crispy and the bun was soft. The cherry pepper relish gave it just the right kick. Very good. My wifes mushroom burger was very tasty too. The shake was also. We will definitely be back

My granddaughter picked this restuarant and location for her 9th bday. We had 21 people show up. Zacq (I hope I didn't spell that wrong), the manager and his fantastic staff made sure we were accommodated and felt welcome. They sang to my granddaughter when she got there and had a milkshake waiting on her. The restuarant was very busy during the 3 hours were were there, but you would never know it. They kept up on everything for everyone. The food came out fast, hot and delicious. Not to mention the vibe. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire staff.

Ive only been here twice, Great burgers and fries both times and they definitely exceeded my expectations both times. My only issue is they do not offer cheddar cheese for their burgers. I highly recommend shake shack
