Went in to listen to the Girls Room DJs and have a drink on Sunday and was treated rudely and nearly assaulted by the staff. Was yelled and cursed at by the bartender because he couldn't understand my simple drink order over the loud music. When I refused to leave a tip, the bartender dumped out my drinks without refunding my money. He then aggressively escorted me out. It felt like I would have been assaulted if I had given any resistance or tried to get the credit card charge refunded. Please don't mistake this as a Resident Culture taproom. It's basically a club - a la Lost and Found - with some beer taps and food. Which honestly I expected, but I did NOT expect to get treated that way.

From my experience the employees are NOT friendly at all in South End and I was not impressed whatsoever. The one in Plaza Midwood is way better. The beer is reasonably priced and really good! If youre gonna go to this place I HIGHLY suggest going to the Plaza location. 5 stars for other location though.

Okay, the ordering system is the best! Scan a QR code, choose what you want and everything magically appears a moment later. The staff are nice, the food is good, but why hasn't every restaurant implemented this technology???

I threw an event for my husband's birthday at RC South End, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. 1. First off, the Event Manager Emily Cole is a dream to work with. She was so accommodating and was present the entire day for any questions or requests. We also had to reschedule last minute due to Covid, and she helped us reschedule with ease. 2. The new space is also BEAUTIFUL and lively and fun. We booked the private room, which was spacious and had a ton of natural light. They had a really cool drink ordering system that brought us drinks so we didn't have to wait in line at the bar. 3. Drinks and food were great. This isn't shocking coming from Resident Culture. 4. There's a beautiful event space coming downstairs for any brides looking to get married in South End! Looking forward to making this a regular spot. We will definitely look to book another event there soon. Thank you Emily and Resident Culture!

I see this more as a destination/entertainment brewery. No flights available but at the slow time I was allowed to taste several beers. Smallest pour was about 9 oz. Friendly staff but I could see this place packed on a weekend that might dampen or enhance your experience. The beers were tasty.
