The Accidental Baker

Im not gluten free but my dad is. He came up to celebrate his 70th birthday with us and his grandson. I usually avoid gluten free anything because everything tastes so gritty and crumbles apart. We ordered a cake and its incredible! You cant even tell it doesnt have gluten in it. The frosting is amazing too. Its one of the best cakes Ive ever had. We also got some take and bake chocolate chip cookies and, again, dont even taste gluten free. Delicious cookies and so conveniently packaged. Cant wait to bring my dad when theyre open on Saturday to try even more things!

This bakery is amazing! The pastries and donuts are the best I've ever had in 20 yrs of being gluten free. My daughter, who is not gluten free and can eat items that contain gluten, agrees. We will definitely return!

I finally ordered from here for the first time about a month ago and I havent stopped eating it since. The sourdough bread is unreal!!! I make it as a peanut butter sourdough toast and Im obsessed! I get sad whenever I get low. Its legitimately the best gluten free thing Ive EVER had (and Ive tried a LOT). So far everything Ive had is amazing but my favorite (besides the sourdough) has been the chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. My bf got me a cake from here for my birthday and I was distraught when I finished it. I might have to get myself a random cake a couple times a year As a bit of advice, order it the week you get it because you have to put in the order and its usually a couple weeks out. I promise you will love the food and I understand its not cheap but you can tell he uses the best quality ingredients. The owner is also very nice! I highly recommend this place!!!

We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). My husband changed to a gluten-free diet about a year ago. He found this place with his gluten-free research of places to eat, The Accidental Baker. We were in line at 836a, there was a line down the sidewalk and we grabbed the last 2 cinnamon rolls. I am not gluten-free and the baked goods are spectacular. The owner is very personable and friendly. bagels cornetti cheese Danish chocolate chip cookies cheddar, chive, Jalapeo biscuit cinnamon rolls

The absolute best gluten free baked goods youll ever eat! The bagels, sourdough, focaccia, and cookies are incredible. 1000% would recommend to anyone. Some local restaurants also carry their pizza crust and breads, which is such a treat when eating out.
