Craft Your Culinary Adventure with Savor Charlotte
Dining in Charlotte is so much more than just having a meal—it's an experience curated by our city's culinary artists.

Savor Charlotte celebrates that experience by breaking the mold of the traditional week-long restaurant event focused only on deep discounts and hard-to-get reservations.
From March 12 – 26, Savor Charlotte acts as a megaphone for Charlotte’s culinary community to tell their story the way they want to tell it. There is no one-size-fits-all all.
Instead, restauranters, food truck entrepreneurs, chefs, bakers, bartenders and beyond are invited to participate in a way that puts their culinary artistry front and center. Each category of Savor Charlotte – Special Offers, Exclusive Menus, Hands-On Events – offers participants a chance to connect with guests, giving them a true taste of the food-and-drink craft.
In the Hands-On Events category, The Morehead Inn will host live jazz nights commemorating the home’s historic ties back to the roaring 1920s, while woman-owned Artisan’s Palate plans to host a “Women of Whiskey Food & Drink Experience” celebrating Women’s History Month and Savor Charlotte.
Angeline's is embracing the spirit of Savor Charlotte with a three-course, prix fixe menu, by executive chef Farid Ahmed, so diners can indulge in the restaurant's signature flavors such as whipped ricotta with lavender honey, lemon oil and pistachio, along with cacio e pepe or the chef's house-made gelatos and sorbettos. Edge City Brewery’s Exclusive Menu offering will include a special beer for Savor Charlotte. McNinch House will honor their beloved sommelier, Anthony “Wes” Wesley, who passed away earlier this year, by presenting some of his favorite wines, sharing his life story and donating a portion of all proceeds during Savor Charlotte to cancer research.
And these aren’t just any Special Offers. Cuzzo’s Cuisine is giving diners the chance to try out Charlotte Observer’s 2023 award-winning shrimp and grits with 15% off select menu items, including the shrimp and grits, mambo cauliflower wings, and shrimp and lobster mac and cheese. Pauline Tea Bar & Apothecary’s Special Offer ties in its mission to unite communities through conversation and gives guests the chance to unwind with a tea flight tasting experience featuring five different teas, along with a brief tea meditation.
At its heart, Savor Charlotte is an invitation to venture outside of your typical food-and-drink routine, try something new and, most of all, experience and support Charlotte’s culinary community.
