What was once cow pastures is now high-end boutiques and shopping complexes, international cuisine hot spots and glittering condo buildings. If what you’re shopping for is your next home, John Siddons' team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is right down the road and ready to help.
Eat & Drink
This neighborhood doesn’t stick to one type of cuisine. Simple and classic, Cafe Monte is a favorite for its French Bistro fare. Light and delicious, YAFO Kitchen is a fast-casual find for Mediterranean cuisine. Burgers meets sushi, The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is famous for their own type of fusion food. Don’t forget brunch any day of the week at Snooze A.M. Eatery.
Get going with a cup of locally roasted coffee from the SouthPark location of Summit Coffee. Stop in for one of Charlotte’s favorite craft beers or an expertly crafted cocktail at Legion Brewing SouthPark. Grab a glass of world class wine at Foxcroft Wine Co. or Corkbuzz. Relax on the rooftop patio of Restoration Hardware for a drink after a day of shopping and exploring one of Charlotte’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Shop & Play
There are three main options in SouthPark when it comes to shopping. For high-end mall shopping at stores like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Gucci and Louis Vuitton, look no further than SouthPark Mall. Head down the road to Phillips Place for Brooks Brothers, Taylor Richards & Conge, or go boutique hopping at Poole Shop, Boem, Ivy & Leo and Specialty Shops SouthPark.
During the summer, Charlotte descends on SouthPark for the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s Summer Pops series. Pack a picnic basket, pick out a bottle of rosé or two, and get ready for an evening of classical music under the stars. Get moving at Park Road Park with tennis and walk trails in this urban escape just out the neighborhood’s outskirts.
Life in South Park is complete with vibrant neighborhoods, local shopping and plenty of greenspace.
