I first heard about Sauna House during their pre-opening membership outreach, but at the time, I knew the distance from my home wouldnt allow me to use it consistently. Fast forward to 2026, and one of my daughters friends invited me to join her; I showed up without any particular intention, and over the last few days, the post-Sauna House experience has been truly transformative. I realized that it was an experience of the combination of hot and cold therapy because it brought up a lot of emotion and helped me release stories and grief I didnt even realize I was holding. Its a profound reminder of how powerful the body is in processing and healing. The salt room was incredibly relaxing; I had it all to myself. As a mom of two teens and a toddler, I really needed that space to rest, and I ended up taking a 15-minute nap. When I left Sauna House, after showering (and by the way, the body wash smells amazing), I felt like I was in a new bodylighter, open-hearted, and free. My honey gifted me a bathhouse session, but it ended up being so much more than that. The staff on Wednesday, 2/4/26, were phenomenalpatient, kind, and incredibly informative. Their guidance made the experience feel safe and supportive, allowing me to fully lean into the sessions. Ive already recommended this experience to clients across the US in California, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina encouraging them to find a location near them or something similar, so they too can experience this kind of healing (of course, after medical clearance, because that cold water hits different!). If youre open to exploring deep emotional and physical release or just a moment of pure relaxation, I highly recommend Sauna House. Its more than a wellness session; its a reset for your mind, body, and spirit.

We loved our experience. We have never done a sauna and cold plunge before, and this place was clean, relaxing, and felt like a spa experience. The staff was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you Noreena and Leia for making it a great experience for my birthday!

Talk about service! Kenya and Norina made me feel so at home the moment I walked in. As a first timer, I was impressed with the overall set up and care around the entire process. The facility is lovely and I appreciated the house rules.

this was one of the best surprise birthday events Ive ever held from my best friend because the Staff at sauna house made it so special and so unique and so genuine. they were patient and kind and they even left her a present in our private room. Its super reasonable super clean and super relaxing. thank you guys so much again

This was such a fun, relaxing experience! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We had our bachelorette party come in with no issues booking it day of, Sunshine explained the experience and where everything was located, all the facilities were incredibly well maintained, clean, fun and easy to use! We all had the best time to relax. The two saunas felt incredible on tense muscles, the cold plunge felt invigorating, the salt room was great for meditating, the heated seats on all the benches were such a nice touch. There are plants and sunlight, the air quality was great and everything smelt so clean and fresh and grounding! I could not recommend this place enough and the price point is so worth it! I am definitely coming back.!
