Mimosa Grill and Resident Culture Brewing have teamed up to serve craft beer and tasty bites at the intersection of S. Tryon Street and E. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Charlotteans have surely missed this local restaurant since it closed in 2022, but the new Soul Gastrolounge is now officially open in The Pass.
